I have been with Acorn Community Care for the past three years as a support worker and Farm Manager.  Previously I have over 15 years’ experience of working in the social care sector and have a lot of personal knowledge of animal husbandry from running my own small holding.

I look forward to each day at Acorn, it just gets better and better.  I love working in this environment, with nature, the animals and forming strong bonds with the people we provide care for.  It is empowering to teach people how to care for the animals and then see them taking control of the daily tasks and working together as a team.  Friendships are built here, it is a totally unique place.
