It really is a family affair here at Acorn and I remember coming and helping after school on the farm and has known some of the people we provide care to for 17 years!

I have seen Acorn grow over the years and feel like the people here are an extended family. I get the most satisfaction from seeing the people we care for progress and grow. Seeing shy and unconfident people growing in confidence and in skills is an amazing feeling. We are making a real difference to people here at Acorn, there is so much to offer, it’s unique. I always say, as long as the people we care for are going home happy, then everything is perfect!
