Hassan Nait Ouaarab
Trustee
Hassan has worked in both the health and social care sectors for over two decades, starting out in private healthcare supporting people with learning disabilities and complex needs. He now holds a dual role within the NHS — working in a regional mental health crisis team while also supporting people as a Mental Health Chaplain.
His unique combination of crisis response and emotional care gives him a thoughtful perspective that strengthens our board. Hassan brings calm and balance to discussions, and his input often helps us reflect more deeply on ethics, inclusion and the wellbeing of the people we support. His presence ensures that conversations aren’t just practical — they’re grounded in empathy and guided by what’s right.
